The Promoter
1.The promoter is Life’s Great Limited trading as Mojo (the “Promoter”) whose registered office is The Cooperage, 5 Copper Row, London, SE1 2LH.
How to Enter and Eligibility
2. Information and rules on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this prize draw constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry. These terms may be amended or updated at any time by the Promoter.
3. Entrants must be 18 and over and must be a resident of the UK.
4. To enter the prize draw you must:
be a customers of Mojo Mortgages;
have created an account with Mojo Mortgages; and
completed the survey providing feedback on your experience,
within the Promotional Period (defined below).
5. Employees or agencies of the Promoter, its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
6. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
7. The Promoter will not accept prize draw entries that are:
automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);
completed by third parties or in bulk; or
incomplete.
8. Entries are limited to one entry per account. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
9. No purchase is necessary.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
11. The prize draw will run from 30/08/2024 and entries will be closed at 11:59pm on 30/09/2024 (“Promotional Period”). Only valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be eligible for inclusion in the prize draw.
12. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Claiming the Prize
13. The prize draw will be drawn on 03/10/2024 and the winner will be selected at random through a computerised draw from all valid entries and will be notified within 24 hours via email. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter via email within 3 days of being contacted by the Promoter then the prize will be voided and the Promoter has the right to pick another winner from the remaining valid entries.
14. To send the prize we will require the email address of the winner. This email address will only be used to send the voucher and will not be used for marketing or shared with a 3rd party.The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the prize draw entry form has been submitted, this is to ensure the prize draw is fair and not tampered with.
15. The Promoter reserves all rights to refuse entry, disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Prize
16. One winner will receive a £50 Amazon Voucher. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
17. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
19. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
20. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
Winners
21. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner, to anyone who emails design@mojomortgages.com or writes to the address set out in Condition 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the end of the Promotional Period of the prize draw.
22. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via design@mojomortgages.com or by writing to the address set out in Condition 1. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Limitation of Liability
23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
Ownership of prize draw entries and intellectual property rights
24. All content and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned where not considered to be personal data.
25. By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:
assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
waive all moral rights,
in and to your Content and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
Data Protection
26. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the www.mojomortgages.com/privacy-policy and in compliance with data protection law See also condition 21 and condition 22, with regard to the announcement of winners.
27. Your personal data will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this prize draw. This will include gathering your personal data for entry to the prize draw, selecting a winner and delivering the prize. We may use third parties to help with this administration.
28. The Promoter may need to process your personal data for legal or regulatory purposes, where we do so it will be in compliance with English law.
29. The Promoter will not process your personal data gathered for this Prize Draw for any other purpose other than detailed in condition 26 to 28 (inclusive) without your consent.
General
30. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and any dispute arising under or in connection with them or the prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
