Information and rules on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in to the Refer a Friend program constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry. These terms may be amended or updated at any time by the Promoter.
Entrants must be 18 and over.
Entry is open to customers who have created an account with Mojo. Your referral link will be provided to you by email and it will also be available on request by emailing hello@mojomortgages.com.
For each successful referral through your unique referral URL you will be eligible for a £50 Amazon Voucher. The friend that successfully completes their Mojo Mortgage application will also be entitled to a £50 Amazon Voucher.
The unique URL provided will track everyone who clicks and signs up, once your referral link has a successful mortgage application that has completed we will then send you and your friend a message by email with details of how to claim your reward.
Mojo has the right to change the value and structure of these rewards at any time.
The mojo refer a friend program is unlimited, if you refer 5 friends and they successfully secure a mortgage by applying through Mojo, you will receive 5 X £50 Amazon Vouchers.
Our refer a friend tracking web link has been designed to make sure we can track your referrals and reward successful mortgage applications. If the link provided is altered or not used in full it will not track and your referral will not be registered.
At no point do you get access to the identity of your referrals or any of their data or information around their mortgage application and vice versa.
Mojo will not talk about any part of a referred person’s application with you at any point or their experience of Mojo. You have no right to, and will not receive, updates on your referred person’s application due to privacy and data protection controls.
Mojo has the right to refuse to pay you the referral fee if Mojo suspects that you have not used the refer a friend programme in good faith or have broken this agreement.
We will decide whether this agreement has been broken. When this agreement has been broken, Mojo may take such action as we believe appropriate, including (but not limited to) ending this agreement, closing your account(s), closing third party account(s) and suspending the refer a friend programme.
Mojo accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Mojo.
To send the prize we will require the email address of the winner. This email address will only be used to send the voucher and will not be used for marketing or shared with a 3rd party.
Mojo retains the right to substitute the reward with another prize of similar value in the event the original reward offered is not available.
Mojo accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the reward and not specifically included in the reward.
If a winner rejects their reward or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's reward will be forfeited.
Mojo accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the the referral program or accepting the reward. Mojo further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the referral program. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Mojo for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
The promoter is Life’s Great Limited trading as Mojo (the 'Promoter') whose registered office is The Cooperage, 5 Copper Row, London, SE1 2LH.
Mojo reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this referral program with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Mojo in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and any dispute arising under or in connection with them or the prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
You may only use our refer a friend programme in good faith for lawful purposes. You may not:
create more than one account in order to invite yourself;
invite others that have created duplicate accounts;
use alternative contact information to refer yourself or others that have created duplicate accounts;
invite an existing customer of Mojo;
make payments to another user that are not real payments;
use the refer a friend programme in any way that breaks any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
to send any unwanted or unauthorised advertising or promotional material;
otherwise attempt to avoid this agreement or the terms of the refer a friend programme.
