Information and rules on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this prize draw constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry. These terms may be amended or updated at any time by the Promoter.

Entrants must be 18 and over.

Entry is open to customers who have created an account with Mojo Mortgages and then completed a survey providing feedback on their experience. Entries are limited to one entry per account.

No purchase is necessary.

Employees or agencies of Mojo, its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.

Mojo accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Mojo.

Entries will be closed at at 11:59pm on 23/04/2021 and the prize will be drawn on 30/04/2021. Only valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be eligible for inclusion in the prize draw.

Entries received will be eligible for the draw.

To send the prize we will require the email address of the winner. This email address will only be used to send the voucher and will not be used for marketing or shared with a 3rd party. 

The Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and will be notified within 24 hours via Email. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter via e-mail within 3 days then the prize will be voided and the Promoter has the right to pick another winner from the remaining valid entries.

The name and country of the winner can be obtained after the prize draw has ended by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Mojo, The Ropewalks, Newton Street, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 6QJ.

The prize available is a £50 Amazon Voucher. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

Mojo retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

Mojo accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.

If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Mojo shall be entitled to select another winner.

Mojo accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Mojo further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Mojo for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

The promoter is Life’s Great Limited trading as Mojo (the 'Promoter') whose registered office is The Cooperage, 5 Copper Row, London, SE1 2LH.

Mojo reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Mojo in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and any dispute arising under or in connection with them or the prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
